Orders
Please allow 1 business day for processing during the week or expect your order to ship on Monday if you order on the weekend. We aim to ship your order out the same day, but can’t always get to every order that day. Orders placed before Noon Eastern Time will get priority.
We operate on a Monday-Friday business schedule. Saturday and Sunday are excluded from operating business days.
If you need to make any changes to an order, simply email support@cartconnectinc.com.
with your request. We address all inquiries as soon as possible and we will do all we can to make this change, however, it is not guaranteed. We cannot make any cancellations or changes once our warehouse has processed and shipped your order. If an order is unable
to be cancelled before it is shipped, please use our portal to return the order once it arrives.
We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay & Shop Pay .
If not automatically applied to your cart, discount codes can be applied at checkout. Simply enter the code in the "Gift card or discount code" field and click "Apply".
Please note, only one promotional code can be applied per order. You are not able to combine promotional codes.
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive the welcome discount code and be mindful to check your spam/junk folder - just in case! If you have not received the code after 24 hours, please email support@cartconnectinc.com
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. When your order ships out, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.
If you have a customer account with us, you can track the status of all your orders in your account.
Shipping and Delivery
We’re as excited as you to get you your item. You can expect a smooth delivery within 7 business days after your item is shipped. If you need your order in a hurry, please select our 'Priority' or 'Expedited' express delivery option during checkout and we’ll take care of it from there.
For express delivery options , order places before Noon EST arrives in 2 business days.
You will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
No - we do not offer overnight shipping.
If an order ships before we receive your request to change address, we unfortunately are unable to make any address changes. You will need to contact the carrier directly to request that it is re-routed. We ship all orders to the address given at checkout and are not liable if the address is not correct at the time of shipping.
We work with reliable logistics partners to deliver your items securely and in a timely manner. If you believe your package is lost/stolen , please reach out to our customer service team via email at support@cartconnectinc.com. We will file a claim on your behalf. Please note shipping claims can take up to 20 days to process. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
No – currently we ship our products to customers in Canada only. We will be delivering to our customer globally soon!
Returns & Exchanges
We accept all full priced merchandise for a refund or exchange request if the request is made within 21 days from the date of delivery and the returned item is delivered to our return warehouse within 7 days after the return has been authorized.
All merchandise must be unused with original tags and in the original packaging.
All returns initiated through Wraps&Wool are complimentary.
Please note, we do not accept returns on worn, washed or damaged items, sale items, or group orders.
All items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for returns or exchange.

All sale styles are Final Sale. They are not eligible for return for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Final Sale messaging can be found on the product page, in the cart page, and during checkout. Emailed receipts will also include Final Sale messaging where applicable.
Sale items are considered any product in the sale section or any item with a discounted sales price.
Returns request must be initiated within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund. After a return has been authorized, we’d appreciate it if you ship your items back to us within 7 days. Any returns that exceed these dates will be denied.
To initiate a return, please reach out to support@cartconnectinc.com with details including order numbers.
We’ll reimburse your original method of payment once we have received and verified the product. Please allow 3-5 days after delivery to our warehouse to issue refunds. Thanks for understanding, as we are a small business and doing our best to process returns faster.
Please note: Dependent on the bank/credit card provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.

No, Wraps&Wool does not have its own brick-and-mortar retail store.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Wraps&Wool pieces, we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing using cold water and mild detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric and lay it flat to dry. For woolen items, store them in a cool, dry place to prevent moth damage.
Yes, our collection includes shawls and stoles designed for various seasons. Lightweight silk options are perfect for spring and summer, while our cozy woolen pieces provide warmth during the colder months.
While we strive to display accurate product colors, variations might occur due to differences in monitors and settings. If color accuracy is crucial, we recommend contacting our customer service for more information.
Currently, we offer our shawls and stoles in standard sizes and designs. However, feel free to reach out to us with your specific requirements, and we'll do our best to assist you.
