Order Processing
Please allow 1 business day for order processing during the week or expect your order to ship on Monday if you order on the weekend. We aim to ship your order out the same day, but we can’t always get to every order that day.
We operate on a Monday-Friday business schedule. Saturday and Sunday are excluded from operating business days.
Shipping Methods
We work with our trusted partners to deliver your orders securely and reliably . Currently, we provide three delivery options to our customers in Canada - Standard ( 7 day), Expedited ( 3 Day) and Priority ( 2 Day) Shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard Shipping
All items are eligible for FREE standard shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. However, as a general guideline:
Within Canada: Standard shipping usually takes 7 business days for delivery.
Expedited and Priority Shipping
We understand sometimes you might need your orders delivered as soon as possible. For such scenarios, we have provided an expedited delivery option. You can choose the “Expedited” and "Priority" option during checkout to get your orders delivered three business day or in two business day respectively.
Expedited orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.
You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track the progress of your order on our website or the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the email.

Customs and Duties:
For international shipping, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees paid at checkout.
