Return & Exchange Policy
  1. We accept full priced merchandise for a refund or exchange request if the request is made within 21 days from the date of delivery. After a return has been authorized, we’d appreciate it if you ship your items back to us within 7 days . Any returns that exceed these timeframe will be denied.

  1. All returns initiated through Wraps&Wool are complimentary, as long as the return is initiated and item is received within the stipulated timeframe.

  1. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of:

    • Items that have been used, worn, or washed.

    • Items that have been damaged.

    • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any sale items and group items.

  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  1. We’ll reimburse your original method of payment once we have received and verified the product. Please allow 3-5 days after delivery to our warehouse to issue a refund. Thanks for understanding, as we are a small business and doing our best to process returns faster.

Please note: Dependent on the bank/credit card provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.

  1. The extra Expedited Shipping cost is not refundable.

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at .  We will replace the item at no additional cost.

  1. If you wish to exchange the item for a different size or style, ensure it is returned within the 21-day period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Once the exchange is approved, the new item will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.

  1. All sale styles are Final Sale. They are not eligible for return for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale items are considered any product in the sale section or any item with a discounted sales price.

  1. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any order.
